Hike N Grind (STASH 3 / NUTRIENT)

Hey there fellow Stonerds!  Today we’re showing off one of the several awesome new Nutrient cards that was released with the 4th N 20 / NCL mini set, Hike N Grind.  One of the top Nutrient cards added to the game with a unique and interesting effect.  When played on the field, Hike N Grind causes battle damage involving Stoners to be doubled, and only one can be played at a time.  This causes the damage that actually goes through after an attack is doubled.

Ideal Scenario:

Player 1 has a High Clops in face up attack position and Player 2 has a Trainwreck in face up attack position.

Player 1 declares an attack on Player 2’s Trainwreck with their High Clops.

High Clops with 175 attack destroys Trainwreck with its 160 attack.  That leaves 15 damage that would normally pass through unto Player 2’s pounds.  With Hike N Grind on the field that damage is doubled to 30 damage.

Hike N Grind can make an impact in the game if added to any stash but if you’re planning on utilizing it to the max you should thoughtfully build out a Stoner focused stash that will emphasize all the things that make Stoners such a great focal choice.

Another well known typo card, newer artist Moon Dog killed it on this one!  Excited to see what they bring to the table with the next release.
