Grim Reefer (STASH 3 / CONCENTRATE)
Hey there Stonerds! Let’s give it up for another awesome CannaBeast from the Kickstarter set, one at the top of the list for one of my personal favorite arts in the game to date, Grim Reefer. Grim Reefer is a Concentrate CannaBeast with a stash limit of three that’s a solid mid-ranged beast on its own but wields some pretty solid utility with its ability, “When this card is sent to the ashtray by battle you can revive one Blew Dream from your ashtray to the field,” essentially making Grim Reefer a stipulation revival card for Blew Dream.
Imagining a maxed stash limit of all pertaining cards and with a “perfect world” in mind Grim Reefer gives you the potential to revive Blew Dream three times, giving you the max potential chance to get Blew Dream on the field six times in a game when the two cards are paired together. Throw Snow Lotus into the mix and you get a shot with another Grim Reefer in there as well giving you a total possible plants/revivals of seven Blew Dreams; giving you a ton of options and plays possible throughout the entire game cementing itself as one of the top strategies when correctly implemented.
Grim Reefer: Pairs well with
Blew Dream: This card gains 10 attack for each CannaBeast in your ashtray. (Sativa CB, Stash 3)
Cloud Nine: Select one concentrate card from your deck and add it to your hand. You can't draw a card next turn. (Nutrient, Stash 3)
Snow Lotus: Return 1 "Grim Reefer" card from your ashtray to your hand. (Nutrient, Stash 1)
