Coach Bud (STASH 1 / HYBRID CB)
Let’s get it Stonerds! Another awesome CannaBeast from the 4th N 20 / NCL set, Coach Bud. Coach Bud’s ability “When this card is planted look at the top 3 cards of your stash and arrange them in any order. (Don't show your opponent,)” can be a great help at any point in the game. While you’re still subject to RNG being able to rearrange the top 3 cards of your stash can help you set yourself up for a strategy or potentially give you that card you need a couple turns earlier. This is very similar to Smoke ‘N Gogh’s ability but with the ability activating upon planting versus being sent to the ashtray, Coach Bud also gives you 1 additional card to rearrange.
Coach Bud is a stash 1 Hybrid CannaBeast that makes a solid addition into any stash. Having a base attack of 110 and base defense of 140 Coach Bud’s best use is going to be its ability. Even in a Hybrid stash with 3 Humic Acids on the field your Coach Bud will be buffed to 210 attack and 230 defense, which are really solid but with Coach Bud being a stash 1 that only decreases the likelihood of getting all of that lined up.
Coach Bud: Pairs well with
Humic Acid: As long as this card remains on the field, all Hybrid CannaBeasts you control gain 30 attack and 30 defense. (Nutrient, Stash 3)
