Zombie Bite (STASH 1 / AMBUSH)
How’s it going Stonerds? Today we’ve got another great card from the High Spirits set, Zombie Bite. Zombie Bite is a stash 1 Ambush card that’s a worthy addition into any stash. Being only a stash 1 it almost never hurts to add 1 extra card especially if it’s an extremely playable one like Zombie Bite. When one of your CannaBeasts gets destroyed and you play Zombie Bite your opponent takes 150 damage to their pounds. Damaging your opponent’s pounds is always going to be a welcome play and what better way to cap off losing one of your own beasts than by taking 150 pounds from your opponent.
There’s isn’t a whole lot of strategy inherent with playing Zombie Bite but it’s always better when your CannaBeast is in defense position, and you don’t lose any pounds. Zombie Bite is one of those cards that I struggle from keeping out of every stash I build and to no regret, there’s almost always going to be a time when you can play it. Zombie Bite works well in any stash but will excel in a stash that has several direct damage cards like Brick Burn or Embers to make your opponent feel like no matter what they’re constantly losing their pounds.
