Snow Day (STASH 1 / AMBUSH)
Happy Friday Stonerds! Another fun Ambush card released with the Winter Blazed set, Snow Day is a card that could find a place in any Stash. As of now there are no other cards that prevent your opponent from planting Beasts, making Snow Day a unique new addition to the game. Snow Day is a Stash 1 making it an easy addition to test it out in your next Stash. Be careful not to play it in a situation where it may work against you.
Snow Day, if played at the right time, can give you a solid opening for a couple free shots on your opponent’s pounds. The ideal scenario for playing Snow Day would be when you have at least one strong CannaBeast and your opponent’s side of the field is empty. Drop your Snow Day on the field and get two defenseless attacks.
As with all Ambush cards play it on your turn to deprive your opponent the opportunity of being able to stop it with an Ambush Blocker. If you’re side of the field is getting full you can always play Snow Day on your turn after you’ve already planted a CannaBeast.
Snow Day: Pairs well with
Doobies of Light: After this card is activated, your opponent can't attack for two turns. (Nutrient, Stash 1)
Doobies can be a good match up with Snow Day, preventing your opponent from attacking and planting additional Cannabeasts.
