James Bong (STASH 3 / STONER)
Hope you Stonerds are having a great weekend! The names Bong… James Bong. Another great utility CannaBeast from the Kickstarter set, James Bong is a worthy card to add to any Stash. James Bong’s ability “When this card is attacked in defense position, the attacking CannaBeast is switched to defense position for 2 turns,” is one of the best defensive geared abilities in the game. As great as cards like The Brick and Charlotte’s Web are, locking your opponent’s CannaBeast for X number of turns, but to force it into defensive position also can set you up to take out a Beast you may not have been able to before.
Idea Scenario: Player 1 has a James Bong is Face down defensive position. Player 2 has a Zushi in attack position.
Player 2s Zushi attacks Player 1s James Bong, sending James Bong to the ashtray and switching Zushi into defensive position for 2 turns.
Player 1 plants a High Clops. Having a higher attack than Zushi’s defense, Player 1 can now defeat Zushi.
When planted in face down defensive position James Bong, having 100 defense, is almost always going to be weaker than your opponent’s attacking CannaBeast. Essentially being sacrificial defensive bait, James Bong can be a great way to lure your opponent into setting you up for a big play.

Danksgiving Roast: Attach this roast to any Stoner you control on the field to gain 50 attack & 50 defense. (Nutrient, Stash1)
Iron Leaf: Select one CannaBeast on your side of the field, this card will gain 30 defense until the turn has ended. (Ambush, Stash 1)
